Microsoft has fixed an issue where the new learn more section OOBE screen could not be translated into non-English languages.
Windows Update has addressed a bug where languages translation may not work across the UI in Windows 11.
With the previous update, Microsoft fixed issues with Bluetooth connectivity and Blue Screen of Death errors. Unfortunately,

New features included in Office LTSC Preview
Microsoft Office Long Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) for Windows and Office 2021 for Mac are now available in public preview.
These new versions of Office don’t require a subscription but also don’t receive any new features.
They’re intended for regulated devices that can’t get updates for years at a time, devices that aren’t connected to the internet,
and systems that must stay locked in time.
Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021 Preview includes Access, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Skype for Business, Teams, and Word.
Here are a few examples of new features that are included in Office LTSC Preview:
Line Focus, which removes distractions so that you can move through a Word document line by line.
XLOOKUP function, to help you find things in a table or range by row in an Excel worksheet.
Dynamic array support in Excel, including new functions that make use of dynamic arrays.
Dark mode, which might help reduce eyestrain while working in your Office apps, such as Word, Excel, or Outlook.
Record a slide show with narration in PowerPoint.
